Fitterer Flips Dennis Daley For a Late Round Pick & Other Tuesday Cuts/Signing Updates

The front office, namely Scott Fitterer, has done it again! On Tuesday evening, Charlotte beat reporter Joe Person reported that Carolina sent the former South Carolina Gamecock to the Titans "along with a 2024 7th-round pick for Tennessee's 5th in '24."
Dennis Daley was selected 212th overall in of the 6th round of the 2019 NFL Draft, and provided immediate depth for the talent-starved offensive line that was the Carolina Panthers. He saw time primarily at left tackle but also filled in at both guard spots as well (21 total starts).
It was widely expected that the versatile offensive lineman would be cut when Tuesday came around but that fact that Fitterer was able to flip him for a late round pick was a masterpiece; It feels so good to have a competent GM!
